How do I access ongoing mentorship and support?

Your instructor will get into contact with you and provide you with a number and email that is for our students to gain that support. Our mentorship is free of charge for all students that have enrolled into any of our courses.

You might have questions about where to purchase products, lash beds, equipment, customer complaints, etc. We will be able to help and guide you in the right direction.

Is there an age restriction on courses?

No, we do not have an age restriction.

How long does shipping take?

Express: Overnight for Gauteng.

Standard: Usually 2-3 business days.

All orders will be dispatched everyday by 15:00pm. Orders need to be placed by 13:00pm.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed and paid for?

Yes. Get in contact with us as soon as possible to make arrangements.

Can I start my own business after completion of the courses?

Yes, if you put enough effort and practice in after training, you will succeed to serve your first client or start working at a business.

Are your Pigments Organic or Inorganic?

Everlasting Brows pigments are both. We call it a Hybrid pigment. They have both ingredients of organic as well as inorganic elements.

How many people are allowed to attend each course?

Never more than 4. Our objective is to provide individual attention to every student so they will succeed in their career.

What Pigment colours are best to start with?

All pigments are best to start with, there is no”right” choice. Take into consideration what your client base is and what skin tones are you working on most that way it will determine if you need a cold or warm tone pigment.

What Pigments are cold toned and warm toned?

Tamara and Kim are our Neutral Tones. Lindsey, Salma, and Yaya are our Warm Tones, Naomi and Alek are our Cold Tones. Ashley and Julianne are the corrective pigments. Ashley with a very cold tone to correct very warm undertones, and Julianne a very warm tone, to correct brows that are very cold.

What is the difference between the Beginners Microblading Course and the Complete Eyebrow Module?

The beginners course covers only the aspects of Microblading using a manual tool. Where the complete PMU module covers all three techniques, this includes: Microblading, shaded or ombré brows using a PMU device and combo brows.
